Should have holes already drilled for mounting

Very close to what I was hoping for, paper towel holder (spinning mechanism) doesn’t work very well. But great for my garage.

There isn’t even a way to hang it without drilling holes or using self tapping screws.

China made (go figure) but good quality. Great tig welds. Paper towel holder is a little awkward to use without crushing down the cardboard cylinder but you can figure it out. Looks good in my boat and top storage is adequate to hold my squeegee, hand cleaner, sun screen, etc.

Quality good for 90%. After 3 months spring holding paper towel broke.
