Q) When will my order ship?
Most orders placed before 3:00 PM ET will ship the same business day.
Q) When will you charge my credit card?
When you place an order, an authorization is put on your card for the amount of your order. Your credit card is not actually charged until your items actually ship and tracking information is available.
Q) Is my credit card information safe if I place an order online?
Absolutely. We use the latest security and encryption technologies to make sure your information stays private!
Q) I need my order fast. What are my options?
You may request to upgrade to your choice of expedited shipping options at check out.
Q) Why is Ground Shipping my only shipping option?
Any order containing hazardous materials, including motor oil, aerosol cans, or chemicals must ship via ground service, regardless of destination.
Q) How do I track the status of my order?
The status of your order can be tracked by logging in to your account and tracking number will be e-mailed to you when your order ships.
Q) Do you charge sales tax?
For those states in which we have a physical presence, we are required by state law to remit sales tax. Sales tax willl be displayed at check out.
Q) Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?
No, at this time our distribution center is unable to process will-call orders. In the near future all distribution points will have this capability, so keep a watch for this announcement.
Q) How long does it take to process return?
Returns are normally processed within 3 business days once we have recieved it at our warehouse. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to one week for the credit to be reflected on your account.
