Clutch Cable

Banshee has a racing clutch that is amazingly stiff, hurts my hand after just a few minutes. I don't think there is a 30% reduction in pull weight (don't have any way to measure) but it did reduce the pull enough. At first try I was a bit disappointed that the pull was not easier than what I was feeling, but after I rode the machine a bit I realized my hand was not hurting as it previously would have been. So, this is worth a try!

It really works to reduce pull tension of the clutch lever. I installed this on a 2003 XR80 and I can definitely feel the difference to be close to 30% improvement. My 10 year son can now squeeze the clutch lever. The adjustable stop for the lever gets in the way of the handgrip when compressed. I put bearing grease inside the unit to help it move smoother and moved the pivot pin to the closest inside spot. No instructions so look it up on youtube to see how others have installed it.
