This worked for doing what I needed,I would have givin it5 stars but I had to remove the paint inside where tube slides in bottom of stand and the bottom of the black tube, it was kind of an inconvenience, overall good price and I'm happy with it.

It works as advertised but is not as stable as I'd hoped.

Works well, did the job. Only draw back is on the smaller wheels, 12" and 14" the hold down doesn't fit through the hub without pressing the bearings out. Still does the job, just takes a little extra effort to hold it on the stand.. still a heck of a lot better than doing it on the ground with a knee!
